To join us, Missioteca and the local church partner to work together towards the goals set for that year of the partnership: train and equip potential elders, teach church membership and church discipline, train and equip church leaders, strengthen women and men ministry.

- Train the church leaders about the importance of church membership and a Biblical church discipline. We aim to have a covenant membership by the end of the year.
- Disciple men (teaching—discipleship).
- Disciple women.
- Youth ministry.
- Lead home Bible groups.
- Do home visits: to evangelize and build relationships.
- Children ministry.
